If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
How to Request a Return
To begin a return request, please contact our customer support team and include the following:

- Reason for the return
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective)

Return Method
Once your return request has been approved:
- Securely repack the item in its original packaging where possible
- Include your order number inside the parcel
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping service
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Mink Interiors is not responsible for items lost in transit without a valid tracking number.
Return Address
Approved returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team upon confirmation.
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they may not be processed.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- Returned in original packaging where possible
- All tags and components included
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) provided
Items showing signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mink Interiors cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders are processed promptly.
You may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, the order may already be in processing or dispatched and cannot be amended.
Lost Packages
Orders are typically delivered within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days after dispatch, please contact our support team.
We will investigate with the courier and assist in resolving the issue.
Policy Abuse
Mink Interiors reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of misuse of the returns process, including excessive returns or fraudulent claims.
