Shipping Cost

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders, calculated by destination.

United States & Canada: $5.99 flat rate. Free on orders over $75.
United Kingdom & Australia: $7.99 flat rate. Free on orders over $75.
Rest of World: $9.99 flat rate. Free on orders over $75.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order total reaches $75.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted global and local carriers to ensure reliable delivery.

Depending on your location, orders may be shipped using services such as DHL, UPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post, or local postal providers.

For international deliveries, parcels may be handed to a local courier for final delivery.

Delivery Times

All orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days, regardless of location. Please allow 8 to 12 business days from order confirmation to delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or local conditions.

• Incorrect Address: If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.

Return Method

Once your return request has been approved:

1. Securely pack the item in its original packaging whenever possible
2. Include your order number inside the package
3. Ship the return using a trackable shipping service

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Mink Interiors is not responsible for items lost during return transit without a valid tracking number.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• All original tags must still be attached
• Item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing components may not be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mink Interiors cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly. You may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be modified.

Lost Packages

Orders are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. If your package has not arrived within 30 days after shipment, please contact our support team. We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to resolve the situation.

Policy Abuse

Mink Interiors reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of abuse of the return policy, fraudulent claims, or repeated misuse of the return system.
